The Associate Director, Organizational Effectiveness will partner with management and HR to assess, evaluate and recommend practical tools, applications and technologies that will create value for key business, operational, and talent processes. This role will partner with HR and business leaders to drive end-to-end design, deployment, and reinforcement of organizational effectiveness programs and strategies as well as measure the effectiveness of key operational and commercial transformation projects and report results to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively design and implement organizational diagnostics to assess organizational “blind spots” for growth.
• Partner with HR to facilitate and implement team effectiveness interventions, tools and assessments.
• Identify key drivers of business success and utilize proven tools to provide alignment, focus, and sustainability.
• Improve business success through creating and deploying practical organizational effectiveness solutions.
• Manage relationships across the region and global to create strong networks and foster collaboration.
• Consult HR and business leaders on most effective and efficient operating models and business structure.
• Partner with HR to successfully implement talent and organizational effectiveness processes.
• Work with clients to foster agile commercial and operational teams that can shift based on business demands.
• Collaborate with HR to design strategic organizational improvements and the critical roadmaps for success.
• Work with other COE’s to ensure leaders are capable of driving high performance through Unleashment.
• Work with HR to strategize on organizational development methods and approaches to improve client KPIs.
• Design and deliver solutions that enable business readiness to ensure success on transformation initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to pinpoint business opportunities for business efficiencies and revenue growth.
• Influence senior leaders through strategic thought leadership, persuasive presentations, and superior service.
• Perform business process improvement sessions to pinpoint “real” value and eliminate waste and duplication.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or Business
• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
• 10 or more years of experience leading large-scale talent management and workforce planning processes
• Certification in team/individual assessment tools such as MBTI, Hogan, SLII, CPI, FIRO-B, and/or CCL preferred
• Strong consulting skills with a client-focused mind-set; building valuable relationships and collaboration
• Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; making the complex seem simple
• Excellent MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) proficiency; and process and quantitative skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization - formally and informally
• Competent at multi-tasking and managing demands across numerous projects and client groups
• Ability to shift gears smoothly to meet client and/or process needs
