Director, Corporate Accounts- Image Guided Therapy Devices (Southeast)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
You will serve as the strategic leader on all objectives in building and sustaining a world-class Corporate Accounts sales environment. You will be focused on launching new products, expanding market penetration, and achieving double digit revenue growth. You will build partnerships with the customer base at the C Suite Level and throughout your area. You will stay alert to key channels activities and develop strategies to address the shifting landscape. Further, you will help build and create the Corporate Account strategy within Philips.
Territory includes: LA, MS, AL, GA, FL and most of TN
You are responsible for
• Relentlessly assessing and building out IDN/GPO sales strategy for legacy and new product launches.
• Developing customer plans for key channel partners designed to optimize the Philip’s products without negatively impacting volume and financial targets,
• Working cross functionally with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, sales operations) on contract strategy development, implementation, and pull-through within Payers, select IDN’s, GPO’s and Distributors.
• Tracking and analyzing channel customer performance to identify positive or negative trends, as well as looking for opportunities to find mutually beneficial areas for growth.
• Actively participating in a complex sales process whose parameters include:
◦ Developing key relationships within the “C suite” of customers
◦ Negotiating skills
◦ Clinical product knowledge
◦ Market knowledge
• Strategy development, proposal creation and successful negotiation of customer contracts. Ensures coordination between corporate accounts and the field sales team from initial engagement through contract implementation and execution.
• The Corporate Accounts Director will proactively engage with the customer and the Pricing and Contracting Team a minimum of 90 days prior to a contract expiring. Prioritizes customer contracts for review at Price Council. Monitors proposals in advance and identifies offers as within or outside of Pricing Committee guidelines.
• Actively participates in cross-functional business teams
• Successful introduction of new products and indications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• 7+ years leading Medical Device Sales
• Four-year degree required. An applicable advance degree is preferred (MS or MBA)
• Sales Management experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years Corporate Account experience required
• Experience meeting and negotiating with HealthTrust
• Proven leadership and personnel development abilities
• Experience developing long term strategies
