MARKETING SERVICES
Scope: Shopper Marketing, Consumer Relations, Consumer Engagement, and Marketing Operations
As a region we are reigniting our passion for marketing and building a cutting edge, consumer driven, digitally led marketing powerhouse. We will drive growth through up-weighting the quality of our programs, building modern marketing capabilities, and creating a highly engaged marketing community.
As the head of Marketing Services you will be a highly strategic leader in charge of reinventing how we engage with consumers, shoppers, and our marketing community. We are looking for an innovative, visible thought leader that will challenge the status quo. You will be proficient in digital platforms, use of big data, have a mobile 1st mindset, and most important bring an infectious passion for marketing, consumers, and shoppers.
Consumer Relations
• Reinvent how we listen, engage, and report on the voice of our consumers
• Integrate digital, social platform into our consumer relations practices
• Utilize as a highly responsive marketing vehicle to drive our brands and business
• Bring critical insights to our R&D and Marketing organization
• Consumer Engagement
• Reinvent the next generation of scale programs for the millennial shopper
• Have finger on the pulse of culture enabling us to spot the next big scale partnership that leads to consumption and share growth
• Leverage best practices across the industry to develop highly engaging scale programs utilizing digital partnerships and innovating engagement vehicles
• Marketing Operations
• Ensure we have the rigor, discipline, and transparency around the budgeting, processing, and reconciling of our +$500MM A&C Budget
• Ensure there is a clear process for engaging and informing marketing stakeholders
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in brand marketing
• Proven strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity
• Analytic and creative thinking skills
• Strong business acumen and marketing capabilities
• Demonstrated and recognized team leadership capabilities and cross functional partnership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Advance understanding of Sales and Customer issues
