HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Category Leadership - You’ll be responsible for leading a category within Kellogg’s and partner with Senior Management to determine the strategic design approach to multiple brands
• Leveraging Your Design Capabilities - You will partner with internal and external designers to create exceptional design solutions for a Holistic Brand Expression, across communication, packaging and in-store
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive years of industry experience
• Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• A portfolio that includes examples of creative excellence, Design process and approach
Bonus Points:
• People management experience of creative teams, enabling and fostering brilliant design throughout the end to end process
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
• Exceptional collaboration/interdependence skills through past examples
• Ability to engage and influence across all partners
• Superior time and project management skills
