The Director,Global Marketing & Media Analytics roleis a key leadership role within our Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) function. You will set the vision and agenda for Media Analytics at Mondelēz. Working in tandem with the Marketing and Media leadership teams, you will be at the frontline and make significant direct contributions to our media strategies. Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Insights, you will manage a team of 3, lead a community of practice, and be a key player in the SIA leadership team.
Key Accountabilities:
• Create and deploy overall Marketing and Media analytics agenda, in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Global Media;
• Driving marketing spend optimizations across portfolio through agile ROI initiatives which will drive improvements and scaling of the Marketing Mix practice area;
• Co-lead Marketing effectiveness agenda, with a specific focus on Media; this includes but is not limited to media strategies, programmatic buying, and media targeting;
• Build a more connected Analytics community, in partnership with Director, Global Growth Analytics;
• Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners that leverage an AI-driven approach to media targeting and measurement;
• Lead development of custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and help forecast trend forces with social media measurement tools in order to drive long-term business performance;
• Proactively identify gaps in data, agile granular measurement, and digital analytics capabilities across global, regional and local ecosystems;
• Design a real-time marketing analytics feedback loop to empower our marketers to move with pace and conviction;
• Lead efforts to enhance Brand Health Dashboard. Work with a cross-functional team on Brand Health Dashboard tool and partner with region / equity teams on Brand Health Dashboard implications.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience within programmatic media, digital analytics, digital marketing, media, consulting or related fields;
• Experience working for CPG marketer, ideally with organizations who are considered best-in-class in analytics;
• In-depth understanding of personalization marketing, programmatic media, digital analytics as well as industry-leading practices in measurement, campaign evaluation and reporting across all digital channels;
• Have led successful initiatives improving Media effectiveness;
• Proficient in advanced audience analytics, social listening tools, attribution measurement tools, and data visualization tools;
• Relevant measurement experience across key digital properties;
• Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and across the organization.
You need to have relevant knowledge and be educated to the highest standard
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred;
• Proficient in best-in-class advanced analytics practices plus new tools / approaches and can successfully deploy in a context of a complex and highly-matrixed organization;
• Knowledgeable of the global economy, market and customer trends impacting the business;
• Data visualization and social listening skills are a must;
• Savvy in usage of the advanced analytics techniques and predictive algorithms to create economic impacts

• Proven track record of building and developing highly-motivated, empowered, and high-performing teams;
• Articulate, confident, and decisive leader able to manage multiple senior stakeholders;
• Exemplary storytelling skills and business acumen to distill large and complex data into simple and compelling recommendations;
• Demonstrates entrepreneurship, taking calculated risks;
• Ideally have had exposure to creation and deployment of enterprise-wide data strategy effort to evaluate business strategies, organization capabilities, process and governance, data needs, tools and technology, and infrastructure.
