As the Americas Business Planning and Strategy Lead you will be responsible for driving the business planning, strategy and communications. This specifically includes Commercial, Consumer and Service Personal Systems across US, Latin America and Canada . You will engage with regional category teams in addition to various other functional organizations, including product management, Alliances, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing. You will work closely with the Personal Systems GM, GBU Strategy and planning team, AMS Strategy and Planning Organization, Market Insight Team, Finance and other Function Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Planning –Work closely with Regions, Finance and other PS GBU functions to ensure key assumptions / priorities are aligned across the organization.
• Coordinate and develop region Personal Systems business strategy and develop a 1-3 year region plan
• Engage with PS GM, Sales leader, Functions and Finance in developing OPEX and Cost model plan to support the 1-3 year PS Plan and Key trends.
• Partner with AMS Strategy and planning Organization to ensure PS is fully integrated in the Overall AMS plan.
• Drive yearly AMS LTP process with GBU and supporting functions (SC, CSS etc.)
• Drive AMS target deployment to countries and GTMs.
• Strategic Enablement – Drive execution of strategic priorities (e.g., DaaS ) across the broader Business PS organization – including not only GBU, Regions, but also WW functions such as Marketing, Alliances, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Identity and drive key transformations projects inside PS to enable PS strategy (i.e. Pricing, ERP implementation, etc.)
• Market Analytics and Insight – Provide business performance insights for Market size and Share plans, identify issues and evaluate opportunities. Work closely with Market Insight team, market intelligent team, GBU and Region BU to identify key trends.
• Track key competitors and overall market trends.
• Drive analytics on the PS Business (HP financial vs. Market Heat map and trend) to help identify area for improvement /acceleration.
• Shape the business performance story flowing into SBTN, QBR, Factbooks
• Leadership- Lead and manage the strategy team that include Chef of Staff, Communication and project management.

Education and Experience Required
• Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or Finance; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Management consulting experience highly desired.
