Sr Director, Business Group Strategist - Therapeutic Care (Bothell, WA)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
To influence strategy and growth of a highly innovative and rapidly evolving healthcare integrated technology solutions provider, while directly supporting and influencing key decisions being made at the highest level of the organization.
You are responsible for:
• Initiating and leading high quality (cross) BG related strategic projects (deep dives or targeted intervention projects)
• Driving transformation and acting as strategy interface to dedicated solution acceleration teams to address healthspace focus areas
• Supporting M&A, partnering and venturing with inorganic pipeline for respective BG
• Lead the BG strategic planning annual cycle
• Creating and evolving innovative scalable business models
• Promoting collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Actively coaching, managing and developing BG and group strategists
• Communicating HealthTech and BG strategies across Philips and external audiences; where needed support business with representing Philips at customers, (potential) partners, professional groups, etc.
• Coordinating with businesses and MA&F to provide trends and insights on market-, industry- and competitive dynamics
• Managing relationships with senior executives at Philips
• Translating strategy into actionable, pragmatic implementation measures
• Supporting strategy peers to become one strategy team that fully trusts and serves each other
You are a part of
We offer you the unique opportunity to be actively involved in the decision-making process of Therapeutic Care Business Group and the Strategy function Leadership Team, plus the ability to work in a wide variety of business environments and models.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• 10+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years of experience with a top tier Strategy Consulting firm (e.g. BCG, Bain, McKinsey).
• Affinity for driving integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services.
• Proven track record of creating significant impact in a multinational organization.
• Proven conceptual, analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple internal and external senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of consumer, healthcare and/or high-tech industries.
• Willingness to travel (25%)
