Description
Printing supplies are a critical part of HP’s business. They form a key part of the 3D Printing, Large Format printing and desktop printing businesses. The Supplies Business Organization (SBO) is accountable for all current and future business, strategy, analytics and operations related to Inkjet and Toner printing supplies for HP worldwide.
The Product Management Team in SBO is the strategic lead of the Organization, analyzing and optimizing business performance and creating innovative business models for supplies. The new Director of Product Management will be accountable for leading this dynamic organization, championing innovative approaches to reimagine our Supplies printing business and optimizing our products performance in market. This position will report to the Home Supplies & Brand Protection (HSBP) Director and work with groups in the Global Business Units for Marketing and Engineering, Regions, Senior Management and other key stakeholders. These strong partnerships will help the successful candidate lead predictable supplies product performance and seek ways to disrupt the supplies business model and find new revenue growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
• This candidate will use a “system-thinking” approach to business challenges. They will lead Product Management, Marketing and business innovation teams to assimilate diverse and disparate inputs to form insights on market & industry trends that will ultimately deliver strategic recommendations to the business.
• Lead development of business case opportunities & evaluations and will be expected to work directly with Senior Management Stakeholders to recommend actions in light of business drivers & priorities.
• Simultaneously managed multiple initiatives on current business as well as future strategy, planning and new business development
• Nurture and develop strong relationships with HP business unit leaders. Work collaboratively across a global matrix organization to help build alignment and ensure successful execution
