Responsibilities
• Development & Execution of B2C marketing strategy & plans based on local insights, that align with BU priorities (includes media).
• Alignment of Marketing strategy with Sales and Country category leads
• Local asset creation, as applicable
• Reporting of insights, channel marketing, PR, media, trade marketing, HP.com and events
• Selection of metrics and targets chosen from global set of metrics, measurement against the targets and optimization of execution
• Agency Management
• Team leadership and management
• Reporting & Reviews
• Develop creative briefs to inspire the agencies.
• Yearly country marketing plan integrated with business plan
• Evaluation of marketing returns (ROMI) at Country level across consumer and commercial
• All touchpoint marketing (including CRM)
• Develop Creative briefs to inspire agencies
• People management
• Budget and Flash
• Channel & Trade planning
Dependencies and Interlock
• Information to Insight process with global teams
• HR and finance interconnects
• Alignment with category teams
• Alignment across key retail accounts and Shopper Marketing
• Coordination with communications team.
• Full coordination with Alliances team and claiming team; Microsoft, Intel, AMD ,etc.,
