Job Description
Customer/Sales Support Analyst
The Transformational License Agreements (TLAs) Post Contract Support Analyst will work closely with the field teams, Asset Managed Services (AMS), Complex deal team and the TLA Program team to assist with tracking and management of TLAs post booking. The job will provide substantial opportunities to work with cross functional teams in support of the TLA program, other complex deals and the contract management system.
The position requires someone who is self-driven with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This person will be in regular contact with Field sales, Business Operation Specialists, Global Revenue Operations, the TLA Program Team, Software Licensing Operations, Legal and Finance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate and project manage contracts within contract management compliance (CMC)
• Support customers through field team in redeeming their credits , answering questions around contracts and any other operational challenges
• Support questions from internal Dell EMC teams regarding contracts, including Field Sales, Software Licensing Operations, and Partner Support Center via global support mailboxes.
• Assist with creation of training/information decks on the TLA & T-Credit Program and facilitate training sessions
• Process T-Credit redemptions by communicating with the field and internal BOS (Business Operations Specialists) and GRO (General Revenue Accounting) teams
• Create and maintain ad hoc' analysis for real-time understanding of existing contracts as requested by stakeholders
• Schedule and facilitate calls between various groups to resolve general TLA queries, licensing issues, and customer concerns
