Director-Wholesale Channel Marketing
Responsible for the administration of programs and promotions targeted at wholesale channel customer and trade professionals transacting through the Wholesale Channel. Efforts will contribute to meeting or exceeding established Kohler Co. volume, profitability and customer service objectives. Works closely with the Kohler sales force and K&B Group marketing teams to identify customer needs and business opportunities. Based on this intelligence, the Director - Wholesale Channel Marketing will assist in the development of programs targeted at the end-user and/or the trade to effectively pull products through wholesale distribution and Kohler Registered Showrooms.
Skills/Requirements
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Four year college degree in Business Administration or Marketing required
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• 8-10 years prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Channel Management and/or Product Development
• Must have substantive experience relative to the position
• Creativity and innovation are essential
• Requires excellent communication skills
