Job Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Vice President of Sales to manage and close sales opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed sales targets.
• In partnership with product management and product development; uncover true customer needs, lead discovery meetings, produce tailored demos, and deliver Proof of Concepts.
• Interface with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information.
• Provide timely follow up, closure, and tracking along with quotations/pricing to the customer.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform business duties.
• Negotiate contracts, close business, and collaborate with support team to map revenue strategy enabling long term success for the customer organization.
• Assimilate and share competitor intelligence keeping our product and marketing teams informed of market activity.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and campaign nurturing within the business sales team.
• Expertly manage complex buying cycles by developing strategic relationships aligning both internal and external resources.
• Maintain accountability for quarterly and annual revenue delivery.
• Create, develop, manage, and close sales opportunities directly or through channel partners.
• Manage a dynamic and experienced sales team.
