Job Description
• Prepare and review complex financial analyses of ownership changes within the A-B wholesaler network
• Review acquisition and financing agreements to ensure compliance with A-B Wholesaler Equity Agreement
• Lead transition of current and future A-BI brands from non-equity wholesalers to A-BI wholesalers
• Lead analyst in executing WOD acquisitions and divestitures--working closely with legal, and integration teams to negotiate contracts, obtain senior management approvals, facilitate transaction closing and support integration efforts
• Perform business valuations for prospective acquisitions and divestitures by A-B
• Participate in the negotiation and structuring of transactions involving privately held businesses
• Manage, recruit, and develop Business Analysts
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Valuation methodologies (i.e. discounted cash flow)
• Complex computer-bsed financial modeling
• Financial statement analysis
• Detailed ten year pro forma projections
• Analytical approach
• Detail-oriented
People Skills:
• Assist with due diligence meetings
• Negotiation and influence skills
• Communicate effectively with management, wholesalers
• Presentation skills
Knowledge of the following areas:
• Beer wholesale operations
• Tax and accounting aspects of business combinations
• Merger and acquisition deal structures
• Current lending environment and practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field required; Top-ranked MBA with finance concentration strongly preferred
• Five or more years of analytical work experience and at least 3 years Investment Banking, Public Accounting, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Planning/Development
