Are you someone who is a functional expert with extensive hands on progression through the supply chain function? This includes function management, systems development and implementation, project management, change management, business process improvement, administration, strategic planning and financial management. Do you have experience in effectively supervising, managing, coaching and developing highly skilled professional and technical staff? Can you coordinate between Supply Chain Operations, Business Teams, and BES Resource Teams to drive achievement of all project management activity including site assessments, scope planning, scope definition, schedule development, resource planning, budgeting, project plan development and maintenance, risk management, reporting, implementation, and project wrap-up? We are hiring a Director-Supply Chain, Faucet Americas within our Global Faucets business. This position will be responsible for key stakeholder management throughout the K&B Business executive teams, ensuring timely and effective communications on the performance and development of Faucets supply chain issues. In addition, this position will require significant change leadership as we drive for step change in business unit performance to improve Customer Delivery Service objects in line with growth ambition to sales.
Skills/Requirements
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering or Business. Advanced degree and/or international experience is a plus.
• Certification from leading Supply Chain Professional Organization (CSCMP, APICS, ISM) recommended.
• Experienced Supply Chain executive with significant scope across all Manufacturing and Distribution supply chain functions.
• A functional expert with extensive hands on progression through the supply chain function
• Extensive experience articulating vision, developing stakeholder needs, facilitating dialogue, building consensus, and cultivating effective relationships in a complex environment that works within a collaborative contest.
• Demonstrated record of success in developing and implementing best practices and high impact information systems initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills and experience in communicating both technical and business related information.
