Associate Director, Omni-Channel Sales Team lead (eCommerce)

Job Scope
The Associate Director, Omni sales will support the acceleration of Mondelez’s e-Commerce business through leading and accelerating Mondelez’s relationship with national and regional retailers/grocers. The Omni Channel Customer Business Lead is responsible for managing the utilization of shared resources to drive the customer’s business plan to achieve the financial performance objectives. The role's success will be defined by hitting in-year financial and performance targets as well as longer-term business integration targets.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage team of 6 sales people
• Main link between eCommerce and senior brick and mortar sales leader
• Responsible for overall commercial relationship with Omni Channel national and regional retailers/grocer in NA
• Lead e-Commerce Joint Business Planning with selective customers
• Responsible for revenue target delivery
• Responsible for managing customer P&L
• Build in partnership with marketing and manage overall Omni promotional calendar
• Build and lead NA Strategic plan development of new ventures and partnership opportunities
• Drive partnership with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to improve logistic/supply chain improvements
• Build core eCommerce capability within larger sales organization through daily integration, education and creation of comprehensive playbooks and digital tools
