HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leadership and Collaboration - You’ll be managing a team of nine functional specialists across media, creative services and production, and collaborating with Category Leadership to drive portfolio choices resulting in improved brand building impact. You’ll also be overseeing Merchandising, Print Services, and Packaging Pre-Production functions for KNA
• Ensure Media Flexibility & Agility - You’ll be providing ongoing, detailed account of media flexibility across KNA on a proactive basis. You’ll be ensuring Categories follow standard firm/flex process and financial decisions do not have negative impact on KNA pricing trends
• Build and Oversee New Asset and Production Model -You’ll be selecting from approved production houses, collaborating with Experience Planning & Brand team, ensuring best practices, delivering consistent brand experience, realizing efficiency & scale, and managing assets & exposure
• Manage Agencies - You’ll own the oversight of scope development, performance assessment and compensation. You’ll be helping us ensure agency talent and structure support Category needs. You’ll be working with our agency ecosystem to challenge our model and ways to deliver more effective and efficient solutions
• Establish and Embed Practices -You’ll be collaborating with global team to leverage Kellogg capabilities in design/media/data and marketing technology. You’ll be vetting new vendors/tools/processes (e.g. Meta Learnings). You’ll be leveraging and embedding global team capabilities and guidance in design, global partnerships and marketing technology
• Reporting - You’ll be supporting KNA Reporting & Auditing
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Extensive experience in multiple marketing disciplines including Media Management/Content Creation/Production Services/Agency Management
• Business-driving experiences across the consumer journey through marketing or media strategy
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence others—up, down and across—to effectively lead
• Experience and ease speaking to groups, small to very large
• Experience managing multiple, significant budgets supporting complex projects with precision and detail orientation
Bonus Points:
• Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry
