HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Setting the Definition and Strategy for Retail eCommerce - Define the winning capabilities and growth platforms required to activate strategies across Kellogg’s global portfolio, leveraging positions in Retail, B2B and D2C.
• Global Strategy Oversight - Enable Kellogg’s global retail eCommerce to expand dramatically in 3 years. You’ll enable initiatives and plans that have direct impact on global capability building and strategy execution in this retail space by virtue of designing, piloting and deploying critical platforms to enable profitable growth and share leadership in our Retail eCom segment.
• Drive Impulse Solutions for the Digital World - Working across ship to home, deliver to home, click and collect models to maximize capture of impulse-based sales in pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase engagements with shopper. Identifying new partners with whom to innovate and drive transactional learning. Measuring success as part of total eCommerce mix to ensure accretion across portfolio.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• BA/BS/BBA degree with extensive related experience.
• Expert knowledge of Global Retail eCommerce Platforms strategy
• Online / E-Commerce customer engagement, digital marketing/category management and/or general management experience;
• Broader commercial experience also required.
• Digital marketing competency, familiarity with key IT platforms expected
• Experience leading other strategic leaders
• P/L experience on a Global scale
Bonus Points:
• Advanced Degree (Masters).
• CPG/Food industry experience is strongly preferred
• Ideal candidates are familiar with agile, experienced in working with a variety of technical and agency partners, and have track record of negotiating commercial partnership terms.
