As Digital Marketing Director, you will join the Digital Innovation team to play a critical role in developing marketing strategy and execution through digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. This role will require a deep knowledge of digital marketing, data analytics and measurement.
Reporting directly into the SVP of Digital Innovation. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional consensus building, and should bring insights, curiosity and data-driven solutions to marketing our product.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including SEM, social media, search and display advertising campaigns
• Continuously test and improve content strategies
• Oversee the spend and budgeting process, including monthly forecasting and reporting on spend and ROI
• Continuously test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization
• Work with analytics and business operations to build out a customer lifetime value (LTV) model to help inform paid media investment decisions
• Analyze cross-channel attribution performance to mine campaign performance insights and drive future campaign testing
Qualifications:
• S. or M.S. degree and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on content strategy, paid search/social/display marketing; Graduate degree (MBA) may be considered in lieu of experience
• Passion for digital products and how people use them; you’re energized and inspired by learning
• Great attention to detail—because the details matter and self-starter personality; you'll reach out to stakeholders, understand their needs, and build roadmaps to drive the business forward.
• Ability to analyze and develop complex business/marketing models for sophisticated acquisition programs. Ability to direct and guide team members to do the same. Work with development team to provide key analysis and design dashboards
• Exceptional business intuition
• Strong project management and organizational skills; must be able to coordinate, document and manage all details of a campaign
• History of managing multiple projects and businesses
