The Director of Finance for the dedicaed Sales Area is a member of the sales area executive leadership team and responsible for the finance function and team for the customer account, covering all KHC's businesses: Cheese & Dairy, Meats, Meals & Desserts, Sauces & Frozen, and Beverages & Snack Nuts. The position interfaces daily with all members of the sales area executive leadership team to understand business results and insure delivery of financial commitments.
The role encompasses the following functions:
• Commercial Planning & Finance
• Business Budgeting
• Zero-Based Budget (ZBB)
• Sales Forecasting
• Financial Reporting
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Revenue Management
• Trade Management
• Portfolio Optimization
Minimum Qualifications:
• MBA required
• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or STEM required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional team members
• Advanced Excel skills
