The Role
This individual is a visible leader within Kraft Heinz with direct ownership over three strategically-critical areas of our business: (i) creation of unique consumer-facing content (including recipes and lifestyle content); (ii) execution across industry-leading digital and print properties (including the kraftrecipes.com website); and (iii) ongoing, two-way engagement with consumers. Because of the importance of these activities, this individual will have senior-level visibility, significant autonomy, and the ability to drive an outsized impact on overall results for the company.
Key Components
Direct owner of the My Food & Family business in the US across all business units, with key responsibilities including:
• Content creation: manage a range of internal and external culinary and content resources with an end goal of creating engaging content (current content library exceeds 50k pieces). Additional flexibility to establish third-party partnerships to enhance content creation.
• Execution: directly own the key channels through which consumers engage with that content and our brands, including kraftrecipes.com (website with 60MM+ unique annual visitors), Food & Family print magazine (1MM+ paid subscribers), and active email and social channels (including the top food brand on Pinterest).
• Consumer engagement: continuously innovate and create new ways for Kraft Heinz to engage with consumers across our various channels.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a field related to content creation and ownership of digital / print properties
• Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous and fast-moving situations
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• People management experience preferred but not required
