Group Director, Digital and Data Strategy - Food service
Position Overview:
Following is the normal, perfunctory stuff that you’d find in most job descriptions. I usually find those pretty boring and not all that helpful. So, I thought I’d tell you, in my words, what I’m looking for.

Function Specific Activities:
Duties
• Proven track record of team development. I’d like to hear what you’ve done to grow your teams? What were the results?
• Ability to lead and inspire teams. How do you approach this? Examples?
• In addition to team development and leadership,
• External orientation. This role is responsible for helping the Food service BU navigate the changing world of digital and data analytics. This requires some understanding of the space as well as an understanding of the needs of our customer base.
• Action orientation. Must be able to get things done and be focused on delivering results.
• Servant leadership approach and good team player (with peers).
Experience
• 12-15 years of overall professional and managerial experience
• 3-5 years of Food service experience with Coca-Cola North America strongly preferred
• MBA or other advanced degree
• A mix of analytical, large scale project management, team leadership and exposure to ELT
• Experience in digital and or/data analytics
• Prior customer experience and or consulting experience is a plus
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Experience in short and long term strategy development first hand is a must
• Strong analytics and 5-7 experience in developing analytical framework and solutions is a must
• Strong understanding of digital technologies in the Food service space and ability to identify opportunities and evaluate potential partners is a must
• Strong understanding of CCNA Food service data sources and platforms (insights and financials)
• Advanced strategic thinking, including framing of issues and solutions and developing path to implementation
• Strategic and business planning, inclusive of corporate and customer needs/considerations
• Ability to prioritize the highest leverage opportunities
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effectively influencing a wide variety of stakeholders
• Effective communication & building relationships at all organizational levels, ability to champion initiatives end to end
• Proven track record for delivering sustainable results
