WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in one or a combination of: Community Management (for a brand), Communications Planning, Digital/Social Strategy.
• Help translate marketing/media objectives into content plans and assist with community management duties.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively work with a variety of teams and disciplines.
• Develop and publish content for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Youtube, and potentially other platforms.
• Provide informed guidance and insights for content and development
• Community Management including publishing content and responding to users on behalf of the client.
• Research content and ideas using online monitoring tools; identify relevant social influencers and brand advocates.
• Stay current on platform changes and new social media tools that can help the client achieve business goals.
• Prepare and/or review status reports for clients.
• Keep account team abreast of timelines and deadlines.
• Assist team members with brainstorming and strategy meetings.
• Work with the Analytics team to draw insights and pivot/optimize strategy accordingly.
OTHER RELEVANT SKILLS:
• Experience with earned media and influencers
• Experience driving "Tune-In" messaging is a plus
• You are tested in high pressure situations and don't get stressed out easily
• You love the Internet, Social Media, new platforms, and cultivating new creative ideas to make things happen!
• Should understand the importance of monitoring consumer conversations for relevant insights and influencer partnerships
• Be flexible and agile and should be able to work collaboratively with all implementation teams to ensure that the brand's communication objectives and strategies are met
