The UEG Dallas is currently looking for a Senior Director or Director who will assist in growing high-profile CPG Dallas based brand clients. Looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who can serve as strategic thought leader and oversee overall business based on performance goals as it relates to multiple client initiatives. Candidate should be able to facilitate and manage various sizable pieces of business along with inter-agency team.
This position will be a hybrid of client management, strategic thought leadership, partnership management, and will also include oversight of executional responsibilities with the broader agency team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Day-to-day point of contact for maintaining client relationships, delivering strategic council and troubleshooting client and internal issues
• Responsible for overall business development and growth relating to respective client landscape
• Offer strategic, analytical, and project management consult: demonstrated ability to take responsibility for several initiatives and to manage them in a timely manner with limited supervision
• Oversee and recommend strategic opportunities within entertainment, sports and lifestyle management Lead internal teams effectively in brainstorms based on client briefing
• Responsible for communicating, developing and finalizing ideas and tactics effectively to sell in programming
• Ability to manage client's overall expectations and continuously provide holistic context to the progress made
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate long term planning with internal teams to bring these to fruition
• Assist in managing the budgets and expenses of an account team within an agency environment
• Keep a close eye on Client's competitors and industry trends/opportunities and create awareness to the wider team
• Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the marketing agency, entertainment or sports industry
• Experience in serving as the day-to-day point of contact supporting multiple sizable accounts
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow client business
• Familiarity with best-practice integrated Marketing Communications, Talent, Event, Film, Sports, and Digital partnership
• Dynamic communication skills to present programs and capabilities to the highest level of clients and the experience to provide strategic counsel in the entertainment space
• Ability to gather key information in project briefings to onboard and continuously update the wider project team, and show excellent organization and management skills to create a sense of calm and confidence across the team
• Appropriately and strategically recommend opportunities to executive-level clients as well as actively participate in the development and execution of all related projects
• Experience in managing or overseeing negotiations and agreements based on client’s brief, objectives and success metrics
• Superb networking, teamwork, negotiation, and interpersonal/diplomatic skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders to achieve a common goal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience leading or supporting CPG or QSR brands
• Ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments
• Passion for entertainment and pop culture
• Personality and qualities that align with UEG Dallas culture
