We’re a team of 30+ people sharing the office, focusing on 2 major global brands, Nike and Facebook Inc. This creates a team and culture that is unlike that of traditional big agencies.
We’re all bound by a few things that remain important: strategic vision, an understanding of the fundamentals, an eye for innovation, curiosity and passion.
We collaborate extremely closely with our agency partners, media or creative – in fact a vast majority of all our successes have come about as a result of our strong partnerships.
On top of that, to drive the conversation of what media can do with our clients, and as the source of inspiration for the Mindshare agency as a whole, it’s vital that we’re both interesting and have a point of view.
