Reprise - Associate Director, Account Management
Position Summary
The Associate Director, Account Management role will be the client lead for project delivery and growth associated with a specific account (or accounts). She/he will oversee the client relationship and is responsible for leading a team, relationship building, growing business, marketing strategy, program development/oversight, inspiring clients and our people.
Essential Functions
• Lead account(s) with confidence
• Build trust and credibility with clients to maintain and grow strong relationships
• Identify and win new opportunities with existing clients
• Develop relationships across a variety of stakeholders and find opportunities to fuse these groups together with implementable solutions
• Manage all logistics and projects; deliver the highest quality product on time and on budget, in partnership with a project manager
• Work closely with strategy, creative, production, analytics, technology, media and project management teams to develop brand-focused creative and communications
• Manage measurement and reporting of ideas
• Identify opportunities to create and produce platform products, including traditional platforms, such as standard flash and static digital banners, online and social video content, seo, sites and mobile apps, and emerging platforms, such as conversational interfaces (text and voice), augmented reality, virtual reality and the next new thing.
• Present existing work and strategies for future work to client and internal stakeholders
• Keep abreast of client and category objectives, trends, talent, competitive advertising, and target mindset
• Work with other agencies and internal departments as necessary
• Represent client needs to the Reprise team, and Reprise capabilities to the client
• Push and help evolve Reprise to remain innovative and forward-thinking
Qualifications
• 6-8 years of experience in client relationship management
• Proven ability to sell in and deliver digital projects to clients on time and on brief
• Experience with emerging platforms (especially conversational interfaces) advantageous
• Experience with health and/or CPG clients advantageous
• Experience with SEO advantageous
Skills:
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for building and growing an account and an agency
• Work nimbleness and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a timely fashion
• Sound knowledge and interest in digital and emerging platforms
• Sound decision making skills based on industry, client, and/or previous experiences
• Detail oriented with strong collaboration skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
