This individual will serve as key liaison among client, account team and agency management, focusing on developing digital strategies, managing client relations, and owning staff development and financial management.

About the Job
Client Consultation
• Serve as a key contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their business, and developing innovative strategies for implementing successful client programs
• Build and leverage deep understanding of the clients’ objectives and competitive environments to develop clear business cases around opportunities for engagement in social and digital media
• Understand and leverage research methods to inform strategies; coordinate resources to implement research and measurement projects
• Participate in developing and delivering compelling program presentations or new business presentations to clients
Project and Financial Management
• Manage the Digital budgets and teams for sizable accounts, with responsibility for profitability, incremental growth, quality of account service and employee development
• Under the strategic direction of senior management, act as the primary lead for all phases of digital account programs, including strategy development, implementation, community management, and analytics and measurement
• Create and implement best practices guidelines for delivering integrated solutions to our clients
• Understand and implement client/agency financial policies and procedures and manage account financials, including budget allocation and control, time sheets, client billing, supplier invoicing and purchase orders; ensure team billability and account profitability
Relationship Building
• Act as a primary client contact; continually fostering client-agency relationship and consistently adding value to build ongoing trust with clients, anticipating and addressing their needs
• Support account teams in working effectively and in the best interest of clients; motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback, and encourage team to take advantage of training and development opportunities
• Demonstrate knowledge that relationships are critical to success and consistently strive to add value, improve strategies, and deliver guidance to all levels and teams, internally and externally
• Build sustainable teams greater than the sum of their parts through your ability to mobilize, supervise, and motivate diverse teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree in a communications field desirable
• 6+ years experience in a digital capacity, PR preferred; minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Successful track record of helping to build and present strategic digital concepts/programs, recommendations and tactics for clients and effectively executing programs
• Solid grasp of social, digital, influencer marketing, online analytics; personal and professional experience across the digital and social space and knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
• Ability to translate social media and digital trends, technologies and metrics into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of audiences
• An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working effectively with colleagues and clients across organizations and geographies
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficient
