SUMMARY
The Director of Product and Service Information will establish, lead and direct all aspects of Freeman service and product information for the enterprise. Responsible for working closely with key stakeholders across business units to create, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and enhance customer and employee experience.
• Implement solutions to increase effective use of resources in creating product and service information for customers
• Develop and support process updates to streamline the creation of product and service information across Freeman
• Develop, implement, and maintain oversight of standard operating procedures for creating product and service information
• Develop, implement, and maintain oversight of training
• Define roles and engage, coach, and develop direct reports who have various levels of experience and job knowledge and are in different locations across the business
• Visit branch offices and other business units/departments to connect with local market segments
• Evaluate team structure and recommend future state design to senior leadership
• Work with business stakeholders across the enterprise to elevate consistency, quality, and timeliness of information provided to customers
• Partner with senior leadership to set strategic direction for the team, aligning with key business partners including Exhibitor Services, Customer Experience, Sales, and IT
• Oversee management of resources and budget to include personnel, equipment, technology, training and travel
• Perform other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years supervisor/managerial experience
• 5 years of experience in a related field
• Record of supervising multi-level or remote team
• Successful at leveraging technology and people to optimize efficiencies and service delivery
• Experience developing a culture of continuous process improvement
• Successful at recruiting, developing, managing and retaining employees
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization
• Effective and efficient time management skills
• Must have in-depth knowledge of all Freeman services.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
