To improve our organisation and business development team capabilities to expand our US grocery retail partner's investment in our word-of-mouth (WOM) and social marketing solutions.
• Embed WOM and social marketing solutions into our portfolio of C&M solutions for retailers. Engage with senior leaders across the organisation to secure endorsement and support for the importance of these solutions to our retail clients and dunnhumby.
• Develop team capabilities to effectively engage with our retail clients and collaborate with internal business partners to imbed WOM/Social Marketing solutions as a core C&M solution.
• Deliver gross revenue of $4-6MM in each of the next few years.
• Provide strategic guidance for our retail engagements with our WOM/Social Marketing solutions that delivers measurable value - sales uplift, positive ROI, media value, user-generated content, co-creation with customers, etc.
• Secure agreement from our retail partners, at the VP and above level, to leverage our WOM/Social Marketing solutions as a strategic customer communication strategy. Examples include - annual WOM/Social Marketing calendar and creating Retailer Advocacy Platforms
• Identify opportunities to expand client stakeholder engagements to include non-product driven businesses such as - Merchandising, Rewards, Pharmacy, Financial Services, etc.
• Develop commercial models to create sustainable engagements with our retail partners in WOM/Social Marketing
• Contribute to WOM/Social Marketing solution development to meet the unique needs of our retail partners as well as sharing across markets and retailer teams to identify and leverage best practices.
Qualifications
Desired:
• Master's degree or equivalent in any subject.
