Our client management team is seeking an energizing insights pro to lead a small team through the execution of full-scale custom market research studies.

KEY OUTCOMES
As Director, your responsibilities will include:
• Client Management: Interacting with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction.
• Insights Delivery: Craft compelling stories, translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straight-forward way.
• Team Management: Manage 1-3 direct reports; provide advisory support on client engagement and the creation and execution of client deliverables.
• Financial Management: Monitor and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts
CAPABILITIES
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• Deep experience in custom quantitative research with experience at a research supplier preferred.
• Proven analytical expertise and storytelling experience – must be able to turn data into an insightful story.
• Expertise in tracking studies and grounded in technology and e-commerce industry knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to profitably manage quality research studies and positively impact commercial development through building potential client presentations and RFP’s when needed.
• A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
