Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE seeks an Account Director to guide and optimize the Commerce business for a key CPG client. In this role, you are responsible for the health and well-being of the account and the POSSIBLE team. You will understand what is needed in the short and long-term and partner with cross-discipline leads to ensure success.
In this role, you will create interest in a broad set of POSSIBLE offerings and deliverables - actively unlocking new revenue opportunities within both the commerce work and beyond. In addition, you will help define POSSIBLE commerce deliverables, which are evolving as we integrate more closely with clients on their commerce activities. The Account Director combines high expertise on consumer and digital trends and eCommerce technologies with an ability to anticipate clients' goals and needs.
What you’ll do:
• Partner with clients to develop their commerce roadmap while also guiding the POSSIBLE team on how to not only achieve client goals, but also generate work that is creatively brilliant, measurable and has a cultural impact.
• Help develop the strategy for the account by being actively involved in the work – creating content and understanding the diverse set of tasks required to be successful.
• Provide strategic leadership for both POSSIBLE and Client as we transform the way we work – applying agile methodology and integrating eCommerce into the broader business.
◦ Manage a large, cross-office team internally and cross-discipline, client-side teams using the aspects of the agile methodology that fit this account.
• Oversee, inspire and motivate project teams working closely with your craft lead counterparts.
What you’ll need:
• 8+ years of client service experience in a digital creative agency.
• eCommerce experience with an understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, and digital marketing.
• Experience in running agile-based accounts or projects.
• Experience and a proven approach to building relationships that result in new, profitable revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth on existing work.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate in a team-oriented multi-agency workplace; fostering career growth for the individuals on their project teams.
• Outstanding ability to lead, convince and inspire in a client-service environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate Statements of Work and contracts – effectively forecasting and scoping work with teams in close collaboration with Project Management.
