Vice President, Client Experience (Integrated Marketing)
Responsible for translating customer needs and market insights into measurable marketing initiatives aligned with larger client business and marketing objectives, the right person is an experienced marketing strategist who can lead a multi-disciplinary agency team in setting, executing, and achieving strategic marketing objectives aimed at driving profitable growth, sustainable brand and market positioning, and enhanced customer loyalty for myriad B2B and B2C clients.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy to develop and implement strategies (often within very short timeframes) across multiple sectors and disciplines. If you love to mentor and motivate a team as well as manage multiple projects that produce measureable results, you’re right for this role!
Responsibilities:
• Work with mid- to senior-level representatives at client organizations helping them prepare strategic marketing plans in support of their local, regional, national, and global business goals.
• Identify and implement new demand and lead generation campaigns for our clients with the goal of filling their sales funnel with qualified new business opportunities.
• Direct market and customer research, competitive analysis and benchmarking, and monitoring of client, vertical and sector trends.
• Build and manage go-to-market strategies for our clients to help them successfully launch new offerings to their respective markets
• Lead the identification, development and implementation of strategic and tactical programs to grow market share, foster brand and product awareness, and improve ROI.
• Coach, mentor, and manage a staff of marketing associates
• Some travel required for business development and client engagements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in a marketing role of increasing responsibility (corporate marketing experience preferred, relevant agency experience acceptable)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related business field (or related coursework).
Additional Qualifications:
• B2B service marketing experience (preferred)
• Cross-functional marketing experience including direct marketing, online marketing, market research, lead generation, and product marketing
• Demonstrable results-orientation and focus on client ROI
• Leadership of multi-functional marketing teams
• Ability to problem solve and think strategically
• Strong results-orientation and analytical skills
• Expert project management and presentation skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to build and motivate teams; and attract, train and retain high potential employees
