Position Overview
Connexions Loyalty is looking for a strong industry leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be responsible for providing oversight and operational execution management for a set of clients within their portfolio to ensure delivery against each client’s program strategy.
Reporting to the VP of Account Management, Financial Services, the Account Director will manage a team to deliver on driving tailored, strategic customer experience loyalty and travel solutions for our clients.
The ability to think creatively and strategically is a must in this role.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Account Management
• Strong first-hand knowledge of the travel industry and loyalty experience
• 3 years prior supervisory experience required
• The ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong presentation skills
• Prior experience either selling or providing account management for technical solutions
• Prior account management or sales experience providing services to large well-known brands.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong PC skills, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel
• Salesforce opportunity management experience a plus
Responsibilities
The Account Director role at Connexions is expected to manage, and exceed expectations, in the following areas:
• Create and maintain key client relationships
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients
• Develop and own Client Success Program Plans
• Manage P&L for each client program
• Accountable to achievement of client’s metrics & goals
• Determine and provide client prioritizations
• Identify and/or create new opportunities for growth
• Lead the solutioning, pricing and client contract negotiations
• Lead Marketing post mortems to ensure success
• Create and deliver client presentations
• Directly manage a team of account managers and coordinators as well as maintain overall coordination with peers inside Connexions
• Ability to balance the needs of clients, economics, and available resources to manage client projects.
