SUMMARY
Freeman is seeking a Client Solutions Director to manage the execution of the service plan. Ensures that handoff from the Business Development to Client Solutions and Operations goes smoothly. Works closely with the branch and the logistics teams to ensure proper planning and execution. Works with one or more highly complex accounts. Additional duties include:
Client Solutions
• National Account Volume – $7 million or more annually.
• Operates as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develops a trusted relationship with key customer stakeholders.
• Sells products/services above and beyond existing contract. Re-signs existing business.
• Quotes prices and credit terms for orders obtained.
• Estimates date of completion to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and schedules.
• Confirms jobs and requests necessary information to prepare service manuals and work orders.
• Inspects job site for proper planning when necessary.
• Produces and reviews work orders with assigned show staff prior to job.
• Functions as a mentor for the team.
• Grows opportunities for existing accounts by selling additional services.
• Services accounts through the use of presentations, demos, quotes, estimates, billing, etc. Participates in post event meetings with assigned national accounts.
• Focuses on monitoring and growing existing business. May also assist in re-signing and up-selling existing business.
• Mentors members of the regional team and participates in the performance management process as requested.
• Supervises jobs on site as required.
• Oversees staff from other departments assigned to the show.
• Works with other departments to establish schedules of completion.
• Responsible for the event job cost.
• Follows-up on customer complaints and collections as necessary.
• Entertains clients and facilities as necessary.
• Attends industry events as assigned.
Business Development
• Up-sells to enhance customer experience.
• Cross sells all Freeman lines as appropriate.
Miscellaneous
• Prepares reports of business transactions.
• Keeps track of travel expenses and submits travel expense reports as required.
• Represents Freeman to internal personnel and external contacts in a loyal, ethical, and moral manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven the ability to successfully manage their own book of accounts in the profitable production of revenue opportunities totaling approximately $5 million or more.
• Minimum 7+ years of related sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales systems such as TSS and Salesforce.com
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications.
• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.
EDUCATION
• Associates Degree
Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management), CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person) or CRSP (Certified and Registered Sales Professional)
