Reprise - Vice President, HR Business Partner
Position Summary
The HR Business Partner will lead all business partner activity across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compensation and Employee Relations. This is achieved through orchestration and partnering with the Centers of Excellence in each of these Talent areas.
This position is responsible for partnering with Leadership Teams across Reprise North America to proactively develop and execute initiatives related to the attraction, retention, and development of talent as well as collaborate with the wider Talent team to develop and implement initiatives and projects across brands in North America and globally.
Essential Functions
• Provide Talent partnership to the Reprise US Leadership team, ensuring all talent needs are met
• Lead strategic diversity initiatives across the US agency including design and implementation across all US offices
• Lead initiatives on performance management, talent development, practices, and HR tools
• Oversee annual activities including the global performance management roll-out, the talent review, calibration and internship programs
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition team for the agency and strategizes needs for the groups
• Lead US and support global projects for the broader Talent team i.e. Onboarding and performance management initiatives.
• Facilitate and develop brand specific learning activities for management and employees in conjunction with the L&D team
• Lead and coordinate the US annual activities including the Annual Talent Review, Compensation Planning and Talent Planning for Reprise.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and guidance to the Leadership team and the broader employee population
• Direct HR processes including new hires and transfers in partnership with the Talent Operations team and Centers of Excellence across NA
• Partner with the Employee Relations ream to ensure strategic decision-making and compliance in all performance and restructuring activities.
• Provide guidance on talent statistics and manager action plan response as a result of employee surveys
• Maintain awareness and understanding of employment law, industry trends, current practices and new developments
