The London office delivers fully integrated campaigns – from global TV advertising to local, social media content. Role Responsibility
WHAT’S THE JOB? WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY DO?!
We are looking for an ambitious Strategy Director who can lead on an exciting global client. We are curious, outspoken and ambitious in our pursuit of outstanding work. We are looking for a natural collaborator who can work with our team to develop world class creative and deliver business results for our client. The role brings together strategic understanding of the clients’ business challenges with creative inspiration and technological brilliance to deliver outstanding agency output.
This is a dynamic and exciting role that will keep you on your toes!
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Set the strategic direction for a leading global financial services client
• Review and approve creative briefs
• Communicate and train key clients and agency partners on the application of strategies in key markets (UK, US, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Australia)
• Collaborate with local markets to develop insights & strategy that delivers business results
• Support Client MD in the development of the account
• Develop inspiring pieces of thinking which over time, positions the agency as an industry thought leader
The Ideal Candidate
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
• Demonstrable integrated brand planning experience, ideally within a creative/advertising agency environment, managing and dealing with Top 20 Fortune 500 global clients demanding excellence in thinking and execution
• Ability to capture a room, through excellent storytelling, presentation and influencer skills
• Retail Finance and B2B experience - preferred
• Ability to interrogate and leverage data to persuade, prove and measure effectiveness of communications, and tell a story
• Ensures strong collaborative relationships within the DAN group and externally with key agency and client partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking ad ideas applied to the client business
