Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE Singapore is looking for a performance-driven Media expert who is dynamic and hungry to make their mark. This individual should possess regional experience in Asia Pacific and understand the intricacies of different countries, having worked on blue chip accounts.
In this role, you will be working in close partnership with the POSSIBLE Business Team, Media Owners and Clients in the development of account and digital media strategy, and management of the client business. You will offer the opportunity to work across multiple clients and will require the candidate to manage a small team.
What you’ll do:
• Aspire to bring people closer to brands with technology, with the goal of winning share of wallet, information and time.
• Work with the team and be responsible for paid media activities on a group of accounts – from campaign planning, execution to management and optimization so as to achieve the predetermined objectives; as well as the development of reports to provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will lead to presentation to clients.
• Present quarterly and annual account performance and analysis.
• Establish excellent working relationships with client contacts and internal teams.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of clients, their businesses and the marketplaces in which they operate.
• Pro-actively contribute to business e.g. putting forward new ideas; finding new solutions to client requirements, etc.
• Work closely with management to develop internal capabilities, nurture talent within the media team.
• Participates in new business project assignments.
• Attends outside representations by the media for the purpose of evaluating new information/services and to maintain good rapport with sales representatives; maintains a high professional profile.
• Drive new business growth together with the Executive Director and management.
What you’ll need:
• 7+ years of digital media experience with executional knowledge including but not limited to programmatic, mobile, native and social media marketing.
• Strategic yet pragmatic to be able to operationalize and drive success against available budget and resources.
• Possess hands on experience running online media campaigns including – planning, buying, monitoring, optimization, reporting and analysis.
• Should be a proven performer in delivering KPIs set by the client.
