Reprise - Vice President , Group Director, Performance Media
Position Summary
As our Vice President, Group Director of Performance Media, You are responsible for leading a portfolio of marque clients by driving client relationship and strategic direction for search, social, mobile and few other exciting verticals as well!
You will ensure performance media integration with other media channels, both in the US as well as globally, where applicable.
As out Vice President, Group Director of Performance Media, you will play an integral role in directing all general management aspects of the "our clients” business and teams as it relates, including team collaboration, team harmony, and big-picture thinking. You organize team structure and initiatives to deliver upon client goals. You eloquently articulate Reprise’s views on performance philosophies.
Essential Functions
• Setting the performance vision for our client's account and brands.
• Connecting to broader client agency partners and bringing solid performance media solutions to client engagements
• Actively establishing and growing senior-level client and internal relationships based on trust, and leveraging these relationships in the development of business growth
• Partner with leads, to find and deploy relevant organic growth opportunities within existing brands
• Maintain efficient, balanced and equitable work structures based on workload, available staff resources and taking into account staff strengths/weaknesses relative toour client's needs
• Leading the US ecommerce search strategy as it relates to online retailers (e.g.. Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, Criteo etc)
• Identify unique Search Drivers, while harnessing insights, to uncover the lower funnel of the customer journey and design strategies based on those insights.
• Develop long range strategic plans across media planning, PLA, SEM, SEO, Biddable and shopper merchandising in the ecommerce space
• Champion the collaboration between eCommerce, Brand, Media, and Shopper Marketing to ensure a holistic search approach
• Develop and maintain partnerships with key vendor partners to deliver best-in-class performance solutions to our client.
• Serve as a mentor for the client account team, working to always raise the digital bar for the team
• Ensuring the right level of training and development across the team
• Key member of the Reprise leadership team steering overall agency direction and growth. Including, but not limited to:
◦ Thought leadership
◦ Associate enrichment programs
◦ Identification of partnerships/investments to drive innovation
Qualifications
Education:
• BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, or a related field is preferable
Work Experience:
• 8 years of experience in media/search and social within a search and social company/agency, advertising agency, direct marketing, cable/broadcasting or similar media environment
Skills:
• Superior analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
• A refined understanding of how marketing, creative, planning, media, technology and analytics integrate
• An impressive, demonstrated ability to effectively grow existing client relationships
• Demonstrated understanding of latest Search, Social, mobile & E-commerce tools, vendors and trends
