Edelman Singapore is seeking a Client Director, Digital to join us. The successful incumbent will work with an industry-leading team, defining the rules of digital/social/integrated marketing for the global business environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients as the day-to-day client contact
• Demonstrate the ability to counsel and service senior clients thoughtfully and effectively
• Work collaboratively and smartly with inter-agency teams across marketing disciplines
• Deliver clear POVs on digital & social trends
• Play a major role in the research, planning and development of comprehensive
• Digital/social/integrated programs
• Lead and project-manage digital programs to deliver on time and on budget
• Collaborate with Planning and Creative, and across the firm’s business units
• Successfully launch products/programs, and critically look for smart ways to optimise
• Evaluate campaign results against objectives
• Proactively grow existing accounts
• Extrapolate client’s business requirement/challenges and turn them to a business opportunity
• Write clear and actionable project briefs
• Actively manage profitability, client budgets, out of pocket expenses, and limit write-offs/debts
• Think operationally and manage the financial performance of the teams, ensuring quality work
• Effective processes and that client requests are handled in timely and strategic fashion
• Manage, supervise, and motivate account team members
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have at least eight years of agency experience in digital/integrated marketing and/or related fields such as: advertising, brand or management consulting.
• Brand experience in the consumer electronics, health and/or technology space is a major plus.
• Extensive agency experience and a leader who inspires and motivates a team
• A client-service expert who can aptly act as a strategic partner with clients and in IAT settings
• A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful digital and social strategies and programs
• Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem, CMS platforms, principles of website builds/redesigns, content hub and E-commerce; CRM/loyalty a plus
• Good command of measurement framework across earned, owned, and paid platforms
