What you’ll do:
• Work with clients to define business/brand goals and develop digital strategies based on consumer insights, trend analysis, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX on research and testing; leading strategic user experience documentation such as personas and customer journey maps and translating findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with the VP, Account and Group Creative Director to provide strategic direction across the brand’s ecosystem (web, email, social, mobile, retail, activations, etc.).
• Focus on growing the size of the account. Fuel brilliant creative, and transform how POSSIBLE services Microsoft.
• Work closely with clients to define goals and develop strategies based on consumer insights, trend analysis, market forces, and business objectives.
• Travel to Seattle to be face-to-face with our client 1-2x per month.
• Lead client stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Understand the key trends that drive consumer behavior and affect the way that brands communicate – always living at the intersection of brands, culture, and creativity.
• Conduct research including competitive analysis, emerging opportunities, and consumer insights.
• Provide strategic guidance for clients across media channels.
What you’ll need:
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years in a management/director level role.
• Experience with digital experience design for Fortune 500 brands is required.
• Expertise and senior-level planning experience in the areas of brand, business, and communications.
• Proven track record of success across brand strategy, campaign planning, leading integrated agency teams, and developing multi-channel go-to-market plans.
• Experience developing overall digital strategies as well as strategies for specific parts of the ecosystem, including website and mobile.
• Experience managing a team of strategists.
• Experience working with Creative, User Experience, Account and Analytics teams.
• Experience leading single, multi-million dollar accounts.
