Job Introduction
This position resides in Amnet, The Dentsu Aegis Programmatic specialist division. Amnet leverages Technology and Data to drive value and efficiencies across Programmatic media practises.

Role Responsibility
This role is solely focused on our largest and most prestigious global account: Burberry. Key responsibilities are two-fold, to lead the client & agency relationship, and to manage the Burberry Central Trading Desk (BCTD), which consists of 3 Account Managers/Coordinators, in delivering excellent client servicing.
• Senior leadership and scaling of the Burberry account. Responsibilities to include growing budgets, developing on-going interpersonal communications and proactive strategic planning and innovation roadmap.
• Overseeing all regions (EMEIA, Americas, APAC) with revenue goals and build out account plans on how targets will be achieved, what is needed to drive growth and accelerate spend. This contains a mix of Brand and Performance campaigns
• Providing consistent, hands-on global governance, empowering 10+ local Amnet teams to succeed through regular, effective communication and leadership around global priorities, vision, best practices
• Leading the Amnet Global programmatic centre of excellence out of London, defined by a collaborative, consolidated approach to media, programmatic buying, planning, data, insights, analytics, brand safety, innovation and reporting
• Demonstrate Leadership capabilities by seeking and providing clarity, managing expectations and priorities, delivering a consistent strategic message, stakeholder collaboration and working cross-culturally on a regular basis.
• Build commercial relationships with client and agency teams, internal Amnet product and services teams, coordinate and facilitate deliverables, assist the day to day responding to briefs and driving activation to the highest standards.
• This is a Client facing role and requires commercial acumen to play the role of educator, specialist and thought leadership in audience targeting, data management and programmatic buying.
• Partnering with the Group Head to support tactical needs to achieve and surpass revenue targets and KPI’s.
• Teaming up with assigned campaign management community to deliver on strategy and performance KPIs
The Ideal Candidate
• First class commercial skills, ability to look at data, analyse and simplify and present back to stakeholders
• 4-5+ years’ experience within Digital Media/Programmatic
• Proven track record of effective people-management or team leadership
• Excellent account, project management and problem solving skills
• Exceptional client servicing capacity
• Ability to pre-empt issues and be pro-active in producing solutions
• A high degree of numeracy and literacy are essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it
• Interest in fashion/retail/luxury though not essential
