Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
At Vizeum we have 6 strategic Pillars to help enable us all deliver our best work and grow. These are six important and connected things everyone in the agency should be fully aware of – what we’re doing, how and why. Each comes with a clear way we’re going to measure our success in delivering them. We want everyone to contribute to delivering these six things.
Clients:
• If we do the right thing for our clients, Vizeum and ourselves more great work happens
• Manage team to ensure they build strong relationships with their counterparts, deliver innovative plans and demonstrate outstanding client service.
• Immerse self and team in clients’ business by understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, competitors and relevant partner agencies. By getting under their skin we will understand how we can help their business grow.
• Act as a business adviser to your clients
• Support BD to challenge and probe client briefs. Make sure team has complete clarity and agreement on client objectives. Take total ownership of some briefs all the way through to activation.
• Work with BD and Group Head to deliver excellent client service – measured by Client Relationship survey
• Be eyes and ears for client relationship and escalate issues as required
• Present confidently and with impact
Work and how we work:
• Our purpose at Vizeum is to deliver accelerated business growth.
• Fundamentally, to deliver this growth we can do two things. First, we can create more profit from communicating with our clients’ existing customers. Second, we can attract new customers to buy our clients’ products and services, either by tempting them away from competitors or by convincing them they need to start buying.
• Bring in strategy, insight and data resource and thinking to ground plans in the audience and in the right contexts.
• Drive innovation by putting theory into practise as quickly as possible. Work in a agile way.
• Keep pace with change, continuously working to make sure self and team are at the forefront of current and future industry and client thinking, to deliver fresh client solutions.
Operations:
• Ensure billings for client go out and process its adhered to. Max of £50k unbilled by month.
• Minimise any client debt. No debt over 180 days on clients.
• Ensure accurate client forecasts.
• Understand the scope and content of client contract and lead team to work within the contract constraints (eg credit insurance limits).
Growth:
• Through T Shaped planning and battlegrounds process collaborate with BD to focus team resource on looking for new ways to grow business profitably and deliver financial targets
• Know all Vizeum and Dentsu Aegis products and services. Use knowledge to influence and contribute to innovative, ambitious and value driven plan content.
• Proactively identify business development opportunities (current and new clients) - using network and expert knowledge of Vizeum and Dentsu Aegis proposition.
• Where appropriate (dependent on client and pitch size) lead pitch process in conjunction with BD. Contribute ideas to deliver ambitious and innovative content.
People:
• Help our people deliver the following behaviours:

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be working across William Hill (70%) and Budweiser & Bud Light (30%)so we need someone who has an interest in gambling clients or has worked on one before preferably. Someone who is able to manage large clients and still deliver excellent planning work.
