Product Director- Paid Search

What will you be doing?
This role will encompass the delivery, structure and strategic vision of our Paid Search product across iProspect UK, working closely with the Head of Product, Paid Search and Paid Search Account Directors to bring this to life across all of our clients.
The Product Director, Paid Search will own product training across the Paid Search community, have direct involvement in new business, be a thought leader internally and externally, and build close relationships with our partners and clients to innovate and deliver creative, differentiated, best in class solutions and products.
The Product Director, Paid Search will be a key leader within the team, a figurehead for paid search across the department and Dentsu Aegis Network.
As the operational lead, there will be a focus on Best Practice across the client portfolio, as well as on driving innovation and industry firsts and challenging our partners to deliver the newest and best opportunities to iProspect first.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Understands commercial terms of the contract.
• Strong marketing, media and communications concepts, models, skills, practices, tools and frameworks.
• Holistic view on Owned, Bought and Earned media.
• Ability to analyse numerical data and pull out reasonable and rational conclusions to underpin innovative strategic plans.
It would be great if you have:
Experience in delivering excellence, training, strategy, process development, relationship management and client engagement.
Together with department leads, you'll engage the team to develop, maintain and implement iProspect paid search best practice and ways of working, inclusive of target setting and measurement and governance of adoption.
