As a Client Services Director you will be a part of Cognifide’s Client Management team that will provide leadership and accountability for a portfolio of enterprise clients with a revenue responsibility between $3M- $6M per annum. You will align key client resources (namely executive sponsorship, client strategy and programme management) to identify and close new opportunities, delivering increased revenue and margin for Cognifide. You will also determine client critical business outcomes and define engagement models that will ensure these outcomes are achieved
Responsibilities
• Client satisfaction and gross margin achievement across their client portfolio.
• Provide delivery oversight and optimise operational efficiency and risk through the application of the most appropriate Project Management processes alongside Cognifide PMO
• Define the correct set of tools, practices and people to deliver the engagement Cognifide PMO
• New business and development of partnerships across the region (WPP Group, other partners and new clients)
• Define a core set of KPIs for engagement on their client portfolios in line with Company standards
• Put in place client reporting processes and account plans to ensure management and relevant stakeholders are kept informed
• Bring together the US, UK and PL teams to work together harmoniously to achieve common goals
• In collaboration with the Head of Project Management in Poland, ensure successful management of project profitability and project and programme governance
• Be an integral part and a natural extension of the client’s team; embedded in their business to understand their challenges and to offer solutions to them
• Build strategic partnerships with client and be the ‘voice of the customer’ internally at Cognifide
• Direct management responsibility for any supporting Client Service staff allocated to the client
• Be the go-to person with Cognifide for information and direction about your client, including: maintaining a view of the digital and marketplace trends that affect them
• Demonstrating through our actions and thinking that we understand the clients’ challenges, marketplace and opportunities - and that we can contribute to addressing them
• Identification, management and orchestration of all disciplines who deliver to clients; getting the right resource arranged to solve problems for our clients. Including liaising with other partners and suppliers
• Providing client leadership – supporting their thinking, spotting opportunities for them to achieve their objectives - and in doing so identifying opportunities to sell Cognifide services
• Support the Growth team with the qualification, selling to and ‘on boarding’ of new clients
• Working with Executive Sponsors and Finance colleagues on commercial matters
• Commercial Account Management including supporting contractual negotiations and billing
• Working with the Strategy team, identification of potential new product offerings based on client needs analysis
• Assisting in recruiting, leading and mentoring Client Services staff
• Achieving personal billability and utilisation targets and ensuring that all Cognifide team members working in their client portfolios are utilised effectively and hitting utilization and billability targets
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10-15 years of experience working for a Global Digital Agency
• Direct accountability for revenue and gross margin performance in a technology-based professional service business for a client account of $3-6M in annual billing
• Experience servicing Marketing and Technology clients in large organisations with a demonstrable ability to form meaningful relationships around delivery, not just sales
• Proven experience in managing technical programs in large enterprise organizations
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex technology solutions in simple, business friendly terms
• Ability to communicate to all levels of our client organisations (from C-Suite to SME)
• Proven experience determining strategic business objectives into actionable programs of work
• Organized, proactive, professional, clear & concise communication style, simple language and high cultural awareness
• Success in managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder, multi-national clients
• Ability to travel to Cognifide offices and client locations internationally
• Strong general account management and client service skills to contribute to the Client Service team at large
