Job Introduction
The Group Account Director for Data Intelligence is responsible for leading the expert Data Intelligence team within iProspect’s Data and Analytics department. The team has direct relationships with client leadership, channel and strategy & planning teams to drive media strategy, business performance and, in and cross channel performance optimisations, with an emphasis on making small changes to improve our client’s outputs. This person will be working on some of the biggest global brands, shaping how iProspect uses and delivers on a smarter use of data.
Role Responsibility
• Transform complex digital data into insightful, clear and actionable recommendations
• Use big and unstructured data to extract, test, hypothesize and provide meaningful insights on client’s performance
• Champion the use of insights and intelligence across iProspect’s client portfolio to drive data driven business decisions
• Work with the channel heads, client leadership and other senior-stakeholders to identify data opportunities for current and prospective clients to solve business challenges
• Work with team directors to identify, develop and deliver on new products and propositions
• Work closely with the Data Visualisation, Advanced Attribution, Analytics & CRO and Strategy & Planning team to deliver a cohesive use of data
• Responsible and accountable for generating leads and new business opportunities across the wider Data and Analytics team
• Support and mentor your team to continually improve the product offering and output
• Managing and growing senior stakeholder relationship across client’s portfolio
• Responsible for new business pitches, responses to RFPs & RFQs and work with new business/marketing teams to promote and accelerate the growth of the overall service offering
• Oversight of the portfolio of clients across the team, helping to continually develop the relationship and improve the outputs
• Identifying new technology partners that helps further improve the iProspect product portfolio
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of web analytics tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360 Suite
Strong understanding of:
• All digital/marketing channels e.g. SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates
• Ad-serving, attribution modeling and visual analytics, including services and available providers
• Online off-line marketing channels
• Advanced statistical uses and implementations
• The applications within the Microsoft Office Suite
