Associate Director, Audience Manager, is responsible for providing day-to-day support to help our brand clients/agency partners with audience based campaign execution. Candidates will work in multi-channels environment; aggregating, analyzing, and executing data and segments across various AdTech and MarTech platforms and solutions.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day audience analytics and activation for our brand clients, including data validation, data modeling and data distribution
• Collaborate with media planning team to formulate segmentation strategy and tactics for brand clients across their media budgets and campaign goals.
• Drive and deliver audience recommendations, audience sizing and ordering custom audiences based on objectives and goals.
• Coordinate delivery and distribution of audience segment across internal and external media partners and associated platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize audience-based media campaigns across media partners, strategies, and tactics
• Work closely with internal team and vendors support teams to troubleshooting onboarding issues, reporting concerns, and other campaign related needs
• Evangelize best practices and nuances of data-based and data-driven campaign executions
• Maintaining and support reporting initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience in an operational support or account management within digital advertising industry.
• 3+ years of experience with AdTech/Martech platforms such as Data Management Platforms, Demand Side Platforms, Ad Server, data and reporting tools.
• 3+ years of experience in working with media planning, media execution, and digital campaign measurement
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with audience based marketing / personalization and the ability to articulate best practices,
• Solid understanding of data collection methodologies in the digital ecosystem.
• Experience in SQL and Excel Macros and formulas a plus
• Strong organizational, operational, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary business judgment as well as problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven record of leadership and innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a keen ability to be persistent while remaining personable.
