RRD is looking for a Marketing Director to lead its fast growing Product Marketing team and personally provide leadership and management of marketing activities related to RRD Healthcare Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development of lead generation and awareness programs in a B2B company that offers marketing/communication services, software solutions and/or services.
Responsibilities
• Overall management of the product marketing team and projects
• Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions for the Healthcare segments by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning
• Create and implement corporate marketing and communications strategy
• Create product positioning, messaging, and product marketing activities, as well as design and implement go-to-market programs across multiple communication channels
• Analyze competitive product offerings, market dynamics, and translate the insights into effective go to market programs, competitive insights and training materials
• Develop an annual marketing budget and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with sales leaders, business unit managers, and sales teams to implement targeted prospecting, lead and demand generation programs
• Support the development and implementation of an effective sales collateral system, which includes content management, collateral distribution and usage tracking
Required Skills:
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing
• Must have prior experience in the healthcare industry
• At least three years experience of leading a Product Marketing team
• Solid foundation in cross marketing skills and activities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including some creative design
• Detailed-oriented with ability to oversee projects from origin through execution
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to represent RRD and the Corporate Marketing group (both internally and externally) and effectively communicate plans to internal groups and outside vendors
• Ability to work effectively across the organization, interacting with various stakeholders and contributors
• Proven track record of successful project management of product marketing and marketing communication programs
• Degree in business administration, management, marketing or communication
