Key Responsibilities:
• Create and build sound strategic media plans that directly correlate to client business goals
• Develop media plans inclusive of target analysis, channel rationale, measurement and research solutions
• Knowledge of cross platform measurement solutions
• Ability to draw insights from data and apply media activation and rationale
• Manage team to deliver flawless execution and activation of media plans
• Collaborate on brand integration and new opportunities with buying teams and creative agency
• Coordinate with other agency stakeholders, creative agencies and research partners
• Maintains client relationships at appropriate levels
• Manage expectations of clients and deliverables
• Accurately represent the client’s objectives when reviewing work, leverage this perspective when providing feedback to team and presenting to client
• Grow business opportunities with current clients, where appropriate
• Participates and presents in New Business efforts and presentations, where appropriate
• Capable of effectively managing up and down the reporting structure
Media Experience:
• Managing and leading a team of experienced media professionals
• Knowledge in MRI, Simmons, Comscore, Ad Relevance, Omniture, Stradegy, Adviews and DDS
• Exposure to analytics and mixed market modeling
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Ideal candidate must have 5-6 years of industry experience primarily with digital media
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be comfortable in a fast moving environment and able to juggle multiple initiatives
• Client presentation ability
• Team building skills
• Strong management skills
• Comfortable working inside and outside the organization
• Comfortable with focus on strategy, planning and investment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to travel
