Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE is looking for a Marketing Sciences leader to drive Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) programs for one of our largest clients. We are looking for someone with a depth of experience in CRM, customer loyalty and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate is hungry to help our client build a more efficient, effective and modern CLM program – achieving business goals while also providing a superior experience for customers.
You should be able to dive deep into the data to support the architecture of customer journeys, illuminate opportunities for engagement and delivering deep customer value when it matters most. You are innately curious and can identify key insights help us understand what moments in the journey we must win, what information customers are looking for, what channels they use and what messages/content deepens the brand relationship and influences customer’s decisions.
We are looking for someone who is a respected leader, strong collaborator, great presenter, and motivates teams and clients forward with ease. The ideal candidate will be excited to build CLM plans and strategies, find new and interesting ways to understand the consumer and bring fresh ideas on how the client can enhance their customer marketing.
What you'll do:
• Deliver and grow our CLM book of work with key clients.
• Provide strategic direction that demonstrates a measurable impact on business.
• Provide innovative thought leadership that enhances group capabilities.
• Foster mutually beneficial internal team and cross-functional relationships.
• Help clients define goals, key drivers and performance metrics.
• Analyze CLM-related data to evaluate creative, program and strategy performance.
• Collaborate with usability experts, IA specialists, user research, designers and developers to recommend solutions to identified problems.
• Define A/B/MVT test scenarios and success metrics.
• Develop financial models for various online and offline visitor events.
• Conduct customer segmentation modeling and analysis to drive content decisions.
• Lead the Marketing Sciences CLM work and team for one of our largest clients.
What you'll need:
• 12+ years of Digital Strategy/Marketing experience. Agency experience preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Data skills and experience are a must.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts.
• Experience working with senior managers and executives.
• Strong familiarity with behavioral and attitudinal data sets.
• Web optimization experience is highly preferred.
• Direct response marketing and CRM experience.
• Understands Web Analytics: Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools.
• Experience with pulling lists for CLM deployment.
• Experience with Ad serving tools: DoubleClick, Atlas.
• Knowledgeable Social monitoring tools: Crimson Hexagon, Visible Technologies, Nielsen BuzzMetrics, Radian6, TNS Cymphony and other tools.
• A/B/n or multivariate Testing tools and A/B/MVT Testing knowledge.
• SPSS or other data mining/statistical analysis software.
• Strong, working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts.
• Experience with Benchmarking - industry, competitive and/or vertical views.
