About this role:
The Director, Audience Solutions Product Management is responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of Conversant products that activate our vast understanding of the individual across over 7,000 dimensions, and their performance against proprietary and 3rd party measurement solutions. Conversant’s premium audiences are built with PII-safe demographic data that is enriched daily with over 100 billion online interactions, 5 billion location points, 75 million online + offline purchases, and one million hours of video consumption. Our audiences are deployed against myriad client goals across verticals and formats while maximizing performance against a broad range of measures. To ensure Conversant’s continued success, this role will continuously improve our Audience Solutions through feature development, innovation, product marketing, and sales support to drive the revenue growth of this core capability.
What you will do:
• Develop and deliver on the vision for the Audience Solutions product portfolio; the roadmap will include new data assets, improved audience performance, and constant advancement of our intelligent targeting capabilities.
• Define best practices for measurement solutions, and the corresponding campaign strategies to maximize performance.
• Train the Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Product teams on Audience solutions.
• Support the Sales team by participating in client conversations while evolving our products with insights from Sales, clients, and the marketplace.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners, to continually improve our offerings.
• Build market-leading audience solutions from our unique data assets by partnering with a cross-functional team of analysts, engineers, marketers, sellers, product managers, creatives, and clients.
• Be energized by the tough problems, push yourself to grow, and learn something new each & every day.
• Travel – less than 15%.
What you are:
• 5 - 10 years’ experience working in digital advertising, Product Management, and/or advertising technology.
• A solid understanding of digital advertising products, and how they are delivered.
• Experience building data-driven online solutions, whether advertising solutions (mobile, email, site, video, and/or display), marketing technology solutions (ad server, DSP, optimization engines, etc.), or consumer solutions such as marketplaces or mobile apps.
• A history of successful product launches including positioning, competitive analysis, product marketing, and sales support on go-to-market with a path toward maturity.
• An entrepreneurial full-stack product mind-set with the drive + balance, to execute your vision at massive scale.
• A penchant for meeting challenges and unexpected opportunities head on by quickly assessing situations, making a rational decision, setting a plan, taking action, and moving forward.
• Strong presentation and interdisciplinary communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with data analysis and modelling.
• BA/BS in a technical or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
