Firefly, the qualitative practice of Kantar Millward Brown, is seeking a Project Director with a passion for qualitative research, research design and project management. As Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a client portfolio to ensure revenue growth and increased profitability. The ideal candidate will manage and mentor a team of Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and Project Administrators while overseeing the implementation and follow-through of project execution.

KEY OUTCOMES
• Responsible for strategic oversight and opportunity spotting across diverse book of business with a focus on revenue growth and profitability, reporting into senior management team.
• Ensure team members’ growth and success through consultation, mentorship and leadership.
• Partner with Moderators and individual Project Management teams to develop client proposals that include a broad range of in-person and online research methodologies.
• Oversee execution of fieldwork by partnering with Moderators and Project Management team, ensuring executional excellence.
CAPABILITIES
• Depth of strategic marketing knowledge and experience with the ability to understand key issues faced by clients across client categories (CPG, financial services, technology, etc.) and surrounding a breadth of business objectives (consumer understanding, brand equity, creative strategy, media allocation, etc.).
• Consumer insights experience, particularly in the area of qualitative research, with familiarity of the range of quantitative and qualitative tools and approaches available to solve client’s business needs.
• Passion for providing clients with strategic recommendations relative to Firefly and Kantar Millward Brown’s tools and approaches to meet clients’ needs.
• Ability to create and foster relationships across the Kantar network and to learn the Kantar Millward Brown suite of tools to best service our clients via an integrated team and approach.
• Experience with leading and mentoring a dynamic team of on-site and off-site employees.
• Proven track record of building businesses through fostering client relationships and by providing strong strategic guidance that drives client growth
